What We Do

You’ve done such a fantastic job of creating your beautiful website. I know you’re really proud of it. You spent so much time on it – researching, testing, getting the right images, and the right words.

It was so exciting telling the web team to go live wasn’t it? I know just how that feels. Your baby is ready to meet the world and you just can’t wait to share your story with everyone else. Did you spend time checking to see it was live, and it was working across all the devices in your family? Did you get all your friends and family to visit the live site? I bet everyone was really excited for you too 🙂

Since you’ve gone live though, the website hasn’t been the friend to your business that you expected. After your initial hype and enthusiasm, you haven’t had the energy to keep you the same level of talking about it, and you think you’re boring your friends and family with talk of your business website.

The web development team were so encouraging and enthusiastic telling you that if you just got a new fantastic looking website that new customers would find you. They told you that they’d done all the SEO on the site, so you didn’t need to worry about that.

But now your not so sure about what they did, and why you paid them so much for this new website that’s not bringing you the clients you expected, want and need for your business to grow.

In fact, you’re feeling really frustrated now aren’t you? I can tell from here. Your annoyed that you could have spent all that time and money on something that’s not working for your business. You feel silly that you’ve been duped by the web developer. Despite going back to them to ask why your site isn’t getting the clients you want, they’ve washed their hands of you and your site, telling you that you’ll need to buy their “SEO package”to get your website working in the way you want – actually bringing you the clients you want.

What? More money to other people and no guarantee that you’ll get the clients you need to grow your business?

I know. I can hear you thinking, “what have I done?” Spent all that money, and all that time on something that doesn’t work.

So how would you feel if your website did bring regular new clients to your business? Fantastic, I bet!

Think about when your website is working as you expect, you’ll have a regular stream of clients visiting and buying from you every week.

Your website bringing clients to you regularly without you thinking about it.

Just like your whole business is a lot of moving parts working in harmony to bring you new clients, your website is just one of those moving parts. However it’s working for your business now, instead of you being annoyed with it, you’re delighted with how it looks, feels and is working for you – a website bringing clients regularly to your business.

It’s like a well oiled machine – all of the different moving parts interlinked so well that you don’t see the joins and it functions without you ever thinking about each part. The website will work for your business. You won’t be spending all your time thinking about your website, or SEO, or social media. It’ll all just happen, automatically, leaving you time to do the things you love in your business.

You’ll be spending time serving customers, and creating the products and services that meet their needs. Your website will be attracting new clients regularly for you to serve.

What if you do nothing about your website that’s not working for you currently?

You’ll have spent all that money and time on something that’s not doing it’s job for your business. Would you spend time training someone else to do a task in your business, and if they didn’t grasp the concept just leave them to do a bad job? Or would you do something about it?

An unloved website can create a poor reputation for your business, even if it frustrates you. If you don’t update it, it can look like your business isn’t open anymore.

Instead of creating a stream of new clients, a website which isn’t working for you will be causing worry, frustration, and won’t be bringing you the clients you want to work with.

How much time do I need to spend on learning and doing to get the most out of this programme?

This will vary from person to person, and business to business, depending on your level of knowledge, expertise, and what you already do on your website. We expect that if you commit 2 hours a week to your website development, you’ll see improvements to your website traffic within the 10 week programme.

I know nothing about my website, and I’m scared I’ll break it. Is this programme suitable for me?

Let’s have a chat, so we can understand your level of knowledge and access to your website currently. Our intention is for you to improve your knowledge and understanding through this programme.

I haven’t got time to learn, I just want someone to get my website working for me.

We understand that learning and doing isn’t for everyone. Sometimes passing tasks to others is the most efficient way to grow you business. We can help you by taking this task on for you. We’d start with a chat, an audit and develop a strategy for you. Then, if you’d like to go ahead with our Done for You service, we’ll agree the strategy you want to carry out, and then do the work on your behalf.

Prices start at £1500 for strategy development, and £1000 a month for the done for you service. Get in touch if you’d like to discuss this further.

Can I pay in instalments please?

Of course we’re happy to help you spread the cost. We understand that it’s important to keep cash flowing through your business. Get in touch so we can develop the right plan for you. It is expected that all payments will be received before the end of the progamme delivery.
